The beach access is fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the ocean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room cleanliness could be better; I noticed some areas that needed attention. Overall, it's a decent place, but parking can be tricky at times. Perfect spot if you enjoy golf courses nearby, as several are just a short drive away.

The room was spacious, but it had some layout issues. The bedroom lacked windows, which felt strange. The jetted tub was awkward to access. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room comfortable. While the bed was decent, the noise level was bothersome, with doors slamming throughout the night. Housekeeping was not thorough; I had to ask for vacuuming, and no broom was provided. The bathrooms were quite small. Access to amenities was good, but cleanliness could be improved. Staff were friendly, and the front desk was accommodating when I needed extra linens.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beachfront view was beautiful. The room cleanliness was an issue with hair in the shower and stained sheets. The smell of weed in the hallways was distracting.

This hotel shines in several areas. Excellent location. Close to the beach. The staff? Exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness was evident, and the pools were a hit with my son. there are notable concerns. The sleeper sofa was filthy—dried skin? The bathroom had issues with drainage, and sometimes housekeeping was short-staffed, requiring multiple requests for basic supplies. Some areas felt outdated; ceiling patches were a clear sign of neglect. There was no room service, which I appreciated, but the overall maintenance needs attention. While we enjoyed our trip, the inconsistencies may lead one to reconsider. A little more care and upkeep could elevate this place significantly.

The beach is right there just steps away and the pool options are great for kids the staff was friendly and helped with everything from check-in to extra towels

The hotel is just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach, with amazing family-friendly attractions like Jurassic Mini Golf and Family Kingdom Amusement Park just a few minutes walk, making it ideal for weekend walkers like me who love discovering new places; the pools were great for my son to play in and the staff was friendly and helpful, but improvements could be made for cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel.

The beach access was amazing, just steps away from my room! I loved lounging by both the indoor and outdoor pools, soaking up the sun. The staff was friendly and eager to help, making my stay feel special.

I was shocked at how long we had to wait for our room—over four hours! With five kids in tow, it was exhausting. Everyone else seemed to get checked in quickly, and we felt totally overlooked. It was frustrating!

Enjoyed the breathtaking views and relaxing at the oceanfront lawn. The staff was kind and the pools were so fun. Loved the big fridge!
Nothing like sleeping with stranger's forgotten food and noisy neighbors to truly unwind.

The oceanfront view is simply stunning. The pools and lazy river are a blast, especially for the kids with their kiddie area.
The pigeons on the balcony were a bit of a nuisance.

The room felt dated, with broken plastic doors and a faint cigarette smell lingering, but it was impeccably clean—no dust, even behind the TV. Stunning sunrises from the round table by the window made breakfast enjoyable, yet the carpet and old furniture really need a refresh. Management promptly moved me to a condo after I raised concerns about bugs, which I appreciated. Housekeeping could be more thorough; I had to ask for vacuuming. Parking was inadequate, especially after 8 PM. The outdoor pools were nice, but some were unexpectedly closed. It had potential but needs attention.

Great location, close to attractions and restaurants. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the banana boats and sailboats for $25 per person. Delicious breakfast spot nearby. Good value for the price; even received a discounted rate for an extra night stay.
Some rooms had mold and bugs, needing management intervention. Filthy conditions in certain rooms, with insufficient towels and malfunctioning smoke alarms.

The kids loved the pool area with its thrilling water slides and the beach was right at our doorstep for sandcastle building and splashing in the waves. The resort's family-friendly vibe made it a hit with everyone, and the cozy rooms offered a perfect retreat after a day of fun in the sun.
My wife says that the dining options could be more varied to cater to kids' tastes better.

The location right on the beach was the highlight of the property, offering a beautiful view and easy access to the shore. One of the pros was the presence of pots and pans in the room, which allowed us to cook our meals. The Jacuzzi was also a nice spot to relax and unwind. there were several issues that detracted from our stay. Our room had a broken toilet and a loud rattling noise from the air conditioning, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The broken TV and lack of door separators for the rooms were also disappointing. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with stained bedding and trash left under the AC and bed by housekeeping. The lack of housekeeping on some days was frustrating, and when they did come, we had to constantly ask for new towels, sheets, and trash bags. The condition of the hotel property was also subpar, with outdated and poorly maintained rooms. The elevator was even stuck one day, forcing us to climb multiple flights of stairs. Despite the friendly front desk staff, the overall experience was marred by the various issues we encountered.

Close to the beach and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Staff were friendly and provided nice views of the beach, just steps away, during our romantic escape.
The property was quite run-down and needed a lot of updating and TLC. The room had various issues such as a broken toilet, dirty bedding, and a loud rattling AC that made it hard to sleep.

So much vibes, so much fun. The beach was poppin' and the pool was a whole vibe! Great for young peeps like us looking to chill and hang out.
Would've been even better if the hotel had a cool rooftop bar or club for us to turn up and party the night away with other young peeps.

Great location for a calm vacation. Less traffic on this end of the beach. The pools were adequate, but could use more frequent cleaning. I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Sands South. I'll recommend this hotel.

Holiday Sands South was directly on the beach, offering a great view and proximity. the staff was always friendly, and we enjoyed access to the pools and hot tub. the room came with useful amenities such as a microwave, oven, and full-sized fridge. Our comfortable beds and the great bathtub with jets added to a relaxing stay, and the five dollar emporium gift shop nearby was a nice find for cool merch!

loved the oceanfront view and easy beach access. staff was super friendly. very clean and the housekeeping lady checked on us every day. didn't feel outdated like some reviews said. pool was clean and spacious. restaurant downstairs had great food.
Couldn't recommend more.
